Why is my account on hold or restricted?

Holds are rare. They land for one of three reasons: a payout-method dispute we're investigating, a campaign delivery that wasn't completed, or a brand-side concern flagged for review.

If you see a banner in your dashboard, it'll name the reason. Replying to the banner notification opens a thread directly with the editor handling the case.
