Terms of service.

Nexus Club is a curated matchmaking layer between brands that commission creator work and creators who accept it. Operated at support@thenexusclub.org.

Membership is free. You are responsible for what you post, for maintaining your Instagram account in good standing with Meta's own terms, and for any contracts you enter into directly with brands via Nexus Club.

The quiet of the club is the protection of the member. As a condition of membership, you agree not to share other members' details — names, handles, application material, payout figures, draft briefs, or brand contracts you have seen through the platform — in press, on social media, or in any public domain. You may speak about your own membership and your own work; you may not speak for other members or for the desk.

The same expectation runs in both directions. The desk holds the same line about you: your application, your campaign correspondence, your payout figures, and the contents of any support ticket you file are not shared outside the small set of people on the desk who need to read them. Where the law requires disclosure — a court order, a regulator's lawful request — we comply, and we tell you in writing unless we are barred from doing so.

The House Rules describe the standing form of this duty. The Community Guidelines name the breach of it. Both are read into this clause.

When you are approved for a campaign and have connected Instagram, you grant Nexus Club the limited right to publish content to your Instagram account for that campaign, using the access token Meta issued with your consent. Publishing is logged to your dashboard and you may revoke access at any time.

When you connect your Gmail account, you grant Nexus Club the limited right to send email on your behalf for campaigns you have been approved for. This uses Google's official OAuth flow with the scope gmail.send — we cannot read your inbox, your drafts, or any other message. Every connection logs a "connected at" timestamp on your dashboard. Revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Replies to emails we send on your behalf route through our own reply-inbox; we never ingest your personal email. If a campaign requires broader access in the future, we will request additional consent explicitly — it will never happen silently.

We will never capture your Instagram password, post content you haven't approved, or use your token for campaigns you haven't been approved for. If any posting issue arises, we pause the automation until you confirm.

Campaign payouts are stated upfront per brief. Payment is owed by the commissioning brand and disbursed per the terms agreed in the brief.

Either party may end membership at any time. Delete your account from your dashboard or write to support@thenexusclub.org. Active campaigns you've committed to should be completed before leaving.

The service is provided as-is. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
