The brand isn't paying — what we do

We chase the brand on day five. You don't lose payment regardless. Here's the protocol.

  1. 01Day 0: campaign closes on final delivery
  2. 02Days 1–10: brand has standard net-10 to pay
  3. 03Day 5: editor reaches out to brand if no movement
  4. 04Day 10: editor escalates; legal templates engage if needed
  5. 05Day 15: agency-fronted payout — you're paid from agency funds while we recover from the brand

You don't carry brand-side risk. Your payout is owed by the agency once the campaign delivers; chasing the brand is our problem, not yours.
