Withdrawal rejected — what to do
Read the rejection reason on your dashboard. Most fix in one step.

Open Earnings → Withdrawals. The rejected withdrawal carries a reason. The most common ones:
- Payout method invalid — re-add the method in Settings → Payouts
- Identity verification failed — connect Gmail or write for manual verification
- Suspicious activity flagged — write to support and we'll unflag once we've spoken
