The Publishing Concierge, explained

What the desk does on your behalf, what it never does, and how the action log surfaces every move.

§VII · Active campaigns & publishing

Once a campaign opens, an editor on our desk handles publishing — scheduling, caption polish, and reply moderation — under the brief you signed.

What the editor does

  • Drafts and finalizes captions to your tone
  • Schedules the post on the cadence the brief calls for
  • Replies to campaign-post comments under the moderation rules in your brief
  • Logs every action in your dashboard's action log

What the editor never does

  • Logs into your Instagram (we publish via Meta's Graph API, not by signing in)
  • Reads or sends from your DMs
  • Touches non-campaign posts
  • Acts outside the campaign window

What you can do at any time

  • Read the live action log on your dashboard
  • Approve or revise the next post before it goes live
  • Pause the publishing schedule (the brand is notified; we pick back up when you say)
  • Revoke access entirely — see the related article
