Reporting a bug
Send us a screenshot, the URL, and what you were doing. We close most reports within 48 hours.
§XII · Technical issues
Email support@thenexusclub.org with the subject "bug" and include:
- A screenshot or screen recording of the issue
- The URL of the page
- What you were trying to do when it happened
- Browser + device (e.g., "Safari iOS 17, iPhone 15")
Most reports close within 48 hours. Critical bugs (anything affecting payouts or sign-in) close same-day.
