If you receive an email, DM, or call claiming to be from Nexus Club asking for your password, a verification code, payment outside our system, or to install something — it isn't us. Forward it to support@thenexusclub.org.
How to know it's us
- We email from @thenexusclub.org addresses only
- We never ask for passwords (yours, anyone's)
- We never ask for one-time codes or 2FA codes
- Payouts are always in-platform via your verified payout method — never PayPal/Venmo links sent over email
- All campaign sign-offs flow through your dashboard at thenexusclub.org
